2.20.2 低能見度作業程序(航機駕駛員需注意事項)
|

低能見度作業天氣標準:RVR低於750M。
-
駕駛員在低能見度情況滑行時應注意:
-
駕駛員及航空器使用人應了解,於某些低能見度情況時,塔臺管制員可能無法看到機場上航空器及車輛之活動。此種情形可能使管制員無法目視確認航空器是否遵守滑行指示。因此,於此種狀況時,駕駛員應特別注意並謹慎滑行。
-
如駕駛員遭遇視覺上之困難或有迷失方向之跡象時,應立即告知管制員。
-
作業程序:
-
第一階段低能見度作業:RVR低於750M
-
ATIS廣播「實施第一階段低能見度作業程序」。
-
塔臺依飛航管理程序規定,於必要時頒予航空器逐步滑行許可。
-
航空器駕駛員(或代理人)得視需要,請求引導車(FOLLOW ME)導引。
-
E滑行道以K2滑行道分隔為兩個區段,同一時間各只允許1架航機活動。
-
E滑行道與K2滑行之交叉口為強制報告位置。
-
